Hello and thank you for visiting my website!

My name is Eliza Williams (she/her/hers) and I am a certified Full-Spectrum Doula specializing in fertility, birth and postpartum support. I am extremely passionate about serving my community and providing education about reproductive justice and bodily autonomy. I decided to become a doula so that I could be a part of limiting the number of traumatic birth experiences and decreasing the rate of infant and birthing person mortality faced by people of color.

I started the delicate doula, which carries the mission to serve the ever-growing community of birthing persons by providing physical, mental and emotional support - as well as education and advocacy in order for parents to feel confident, prepared and excited to embark on the journey of parenthood!

I hold a bachelors degree of science in Communications from the illustrious Bowie state university and have spent 5+ years in corporate America In roles spanning from commercial leasing and marketing to corporate & community relations.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, doing community service, traveling, spending time outdoors, exploring with my dog and cooking.
